Support that fits your life — not the other way around.
Nate Care Community Service partners with NDIS participants and families across Melbourne to build daily routines, community connection, and real independence — with a plan shaped around you, not a template.
Four parts of a full life, one team behind all of them.
We organise support around how your day actually unfolds — not a flat list of line items. Everything below maps to standard NDIS support categories, so it works cleanly with your plan.
Home & daily living
Help with the everyday tasks that keep a household running and a person comfortable — delivered at your pace, in your space.
Community & participation
Getting out into the world — social, recreational, and skill-building activities that build confidence and friendships.
Clinical & behavioural support
Qualified clinical staff working alongside your existing health team, not around them.
Coordination & accommodation
Making sense of the NDIS system itself — and finding the right place to call home.
Full service list is confirmed against our current NDIS Commission registration certificate — contact us to check a specific support item.

Frequently asked questions
Is Nate Care Community Service a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. We're audited and registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which means your plan-managed, agency-managed, or self-managed funding can all be used with us.
How quickly can support start after a referral?
Most participants have an intro call within a few business days, with support typically starting within one to two weeks once a plan is agreed — faster if it's an urgent or short-term need.
Can my support coordinator or family submit the referral for me?
Absolutely. Referrals can come from the participant, a family member, a support coordinator, LAC, hospital discharge team, or any other trusted party.
What areas do you service?
We currently support participants across Melbourne metro and surrounding suburbs. Get in touch to confirm availability in your specific area.
How do you match support workers to participants?
We consider your goals, communication style, cultural background, language, interests, and any specific clinical needs — then introduce you to potential support workers before anything is locked in.
